Lucky Pet Supplies is an eCommerce brand specializing in high-quality pet products. When the new owner took over, they faced significant challenges in pet branding, website design, and overall customer experience.

The previous branding, with its green color scheme and organic aesthetic, lacked a clear brand identity for pet supplies and felt more like a health food store rather than a pet store.

This disconnect made it difficult for customers to relate to the brand messaging. Additionally, the website had usability issues, including slow speed and a poor visual identity, which impacted engagement and sales. Without strong brand communication strategy and a defined business logo design, it was challenging to establish trust with pet owners.

Our goal was to revamp Lucky Pet Supplies with a fresh, engaging, and pet-friendly logo design, enhance its brand colours for a welcoming feel, and improve its digital presence for a seamless shopping experience.

With Rust Red and Midnight Blue as the primary brand colors, Lucky Pet Supplies now has a brand identity that feels professional yet warm, creating a consistent visual identity that resonates with pet owners.

The logo redesign focused on making Lucky Pet Supplies instantly recognizable while reinforcing its brand messaging.

We incorporated a dog silhouette with a caring hand placed on its head, symbolizing the brand’s mission to provide comfort and care to anxious pets.

The wiggly custom typography reflects the playful nature of pets, making the branding more engaging.

In the word LUCKY, the letter C was replaced with a puppy paw icon, adding a friendly and memorable touch.
